東京駅 復原工事完了 : Tokyo Station Renovation Complete

JR東京駅は、五年間の復原工事をついに終え、1914年当時に近い姿になりました -　

ということで、この週末、有楽町でお食事をしたあと、立ち寄ってみました。

写真は丸の内北口ドーム内部、まるで大正時代にタイムスリップしたような感じで、とってもロマンチックです♪　　

新しくなった屋根の一部には、被災地 (宮城県）　からのスレート15,000枚も使われているそうです。

The five-year restoration work for TOKYO Station is finally complete, it now resembles how it would have appeared in 1914.

This past weekend I just stopped by after a dinner at YURAKUCHO. The picture is inside of MARUNOUCHI North Exit HALL. It looks like I slip back in time of TAISHO era (1912 -1926), so romantic!!

I heard 15000 of slates from disaster-area (Miyagi Prefecture) are used in a part of the roof.
