被災地支援: 愛のマフラー隊 - Mufflur for TOHOKU

昨年末、勤務先のボランティア活動の一環で　”被災地支援：愛のマフラー隊”というプロジェクトに参加しました。　被災地の高齢者の方々に、手編みのマフラーをお送りしようというもので、Shorin も二本、編んだのです。　

マフラーが届けられた先の方々から、お写真が届きました。 (^^)/ 　

一番前の列の三名の女性のうち、右の方のベージュのモコモコマフラーと、左の方のグレーのざっくりマフラーが、Shorinの編んだマフラーです。　きちんと届いて、使って頂いてるの、とってもうれしいな〜。　

ほぼ四半世紀ぶり（！）の編み物でしたが、うまくいってよかった♪　

Last year I joined a volunteer project named "Mufflur Nitting Team with LOVE" in my company. Our activity is to send hand-made mufflar to elderly people who suffered from 3.11 East Japan Earth Quake. I contributed 2 small mufflurs.

The picture arrived from the ladies who received these mufflurs.

The ladies in front, right, with beige mohair one, and the left, with grey rough-hewn one are both using what I made. It is so nice to see that they arrived safely and being used!

BTW, it was my first time in 1/4 century (!) that I had done hand-nitting but looks it went quite well. Whew!
